If you don’t think putting $$ in the hands of low life, street people addicted to and celebrating a lifestyle of drugs, and crime…is anything except an investment for these “poor people” to become neighborhood drug czars then I’m not my mothers son.  

We will see a Major upTICK in drug delivery like never before.  Where was Obama when I could of, (and would of) needed a little cash infusion as I revolted against everything civilized.  Beyondpuke.
